Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your phone must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Phones that are damaged or not in their original condition
  • Phones that have been used or altered
  • Phones returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Process

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your phone back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for phones in the following situations:

  • Phones not in their original condition or damaged
  • Phones with missing parts not due to our error
  • Phones returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned phone, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced phones are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace phones if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a phone, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the phone was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned phone.

If the phone wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns

To return your phone, mail it to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your phone. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged phone to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
